COVID-19, quarantine, and lock-down got us so bored in our houses this year. The unseen danger makes us cautious to go out to restaurants and eat some savory, delicate dishes. Are you on your bed, your belly growling for some new adventurous, yet satisfying food? If this is you, you’ve found the right article to read.

I introduce you to the marvelous, unique, and delicious cuisine made only by ingredients accessible from a convenience store like Indomaret. This menu includes a main dish, a dessert, and a drink. It is easy to make, yet enough to make your belly happy.

Three Wesley students helped out as judges of my Indomaret cuisine. Starting from the left, we have Jiae Kim, Jiyeong Kim, and Jiho Kim.

1.Cheesy Chipancake

Ingredients: Egg, Pringles, Sausage, Sliced Cheese, Cooking Oil

Instructions:

1. Chop a sausage into small pieces.

2. In a plastic bag, put half of the Pringles chips inside, and smash them into tiny pieces.

3. Crack an egg into the plastic bag, and mix it with the Pringles chips.

3. Put on a weak fire, and heat the frying pan for 30 seconds with oil. Then put the mixture on the pan.

4. Flatten it.

5. When one side is cooked, flip to the other side.

6. Put the sausage on top.

7. Put the cheese on top

8. Use a lid to efficiently melt the cheese until the other side is cooked.

The Judges’ Ratings (out of 5 stars):

Jiae: “It’s fairly good, and my hands unconsciously move for more of it.” 4 stars

Jiyeong: “It’s tasty; but it is a little bit greasy.” 4 stars

Jiho: “If there is nothing good at home to eat, I would try this out.” 4 stars

2.Chocfin & Cusfin

Ingredients: Choco Pie OR Custas, Milk

*You can choose either the 2 Choco pies or the 3 Custas to use*

Instructions:

1. Put 2 Choco Pies(3 Custas) and 6 spoonfuls of milk in the bowl.

3. Mix the bowl with a spoon.

5. Put it in the microwave for another 2 minutes

The Judges’ Ratings (out of 5 stars):

Jiae: “Both Chocfin and Cusfin are very nice; however, I taste some uncooked flour.” 4 Stars

Jiyeong: “These taste like they are being sold.” 5 stars

Jiho: “Chocfin tastes like an actual muffin, Cusfin tastes like custas. It’s delicious.” 5 stars

3.Ya-rite

1. Mix Yakult and Sprite together as a 1:2 ratio.

2. Done!
